Responsible Gambling

Spreadex is committed to providing safe and responsible gambling within a regulated environment and to ensure its customers have an enjoyable gambling experience. We do understand that for some people gambling can become a problem and to assist you we offer a range of advice and account options to help you manage your gambling. These give you control of both the time and money you spend gambling. We also have dedicated responsible gambling support team who are available to speak to on +44 (0)1727 895000.

To play responsibly see betting as a form of entertainment rather than income and only bet what you can afford to lose. Notice how much time you are spending betting and make sure its balanced with other activities in your life. Keep track of how much you are spending and never chase your losses. Be mindful that if you are drunk, depressed or upset you are much more likely to bet in a way that is potentially harmful.

Deposit limits

If you want an extra safety net while gambling you can place deposit limits on your account. Setting a deposit limit will restrict the net amount you can deposit into your account over a daily, weekly or monthly (30 days) period.
To set a deposit limit login to your account click on 'My Account' and then 'Responsible Gambling'. Alternatively, please contact our customer service team on info@spreadex.com or +44 (0)1727 895000.

It is illegal for people under the age of 18 to gamble, and Spreadex takes its responsibility to prevent underage gambling very seriously. If it is discovered that someone under the age of 18 is betting with Spreadex, the account will be closed and all winnings will be forfeited. Adults who are concerned that children may access gaming sites can use general web blocking software such as Net Nanny and Cybersitter to protect their children from inappropriate content generally.
